In response to the growing menace of phone scams and nuisance calls, Buckinghamshire & Surrey Trading Standards is offering vulnerable residents a free device which blocks scam phone calls.
The Royal Oak is hosting a Right Royal Breakfast on May 6th with TV coverage of all the day’s events. On May 7th, there will be a Pig Roast in the Royal Oak car park (weather permitting), and the Coronation Café will be serving tea and cakes at the Village Hall. On May 8th, the Village Community Day will take place.

Chiltern Railways has advised customers to expect busier trains than usual between Oxford and London Marylebone from Monday the 17 April.
