Recreation Field

The Playground at the Recreation Field contains play equipment for a wide age range of children from swings for the young to a basket ball hoop for the older children. The playground is open all year round.

The Recreation Field is also the site for the annual Tingewick Summer Party.

An all-weather trim trail has also been installed. Please do feel free to use it to run, jog or walk a lap or two of the field!

The Parish Council has reluctantly taken steps to exclude dogs from the Recreation Field. This is due to a small number of dog owners who allowed their dogs to foul the play area. Unfortunately requests to dogs owners to be more responsible for their pets did not alleviate the problem and thus for the safety of the children using the play area dogs have been banned.
